What we need from you

  • One nominated contact for the 10 days, available for about 3–4 hours in total.
  • Access to your current records: food safety program or HACCP plan, last audit report, PRP records, supplier list and certificates, training and calibration records.
  • 15 minutes each with the 2–3 staff who complete logs.

What the Sprint does not include

  • It does not rewrite your HACCP plan or food safety program.
  • It does not implement fixes. Gaps remain your team’s to close; the system tracks them.
  • It does not guarantee an audit outcome. We provide organisation, visibility and an independent expert review. Your result depends on your practices and the auditor.

Is it right for you?

We take on a small number of Sprints at a time, so each one gets proper attention. If it isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you on the call.

Sprint FAQs

Who reviews my records?
A qualified food safety professional who is independent of EthicalHub. They review your records and last audit report, sign off the gap assessment, and join the gap review meeting. Their name and credentials appear on your gap report.
Does the Sprint guarantee we pass our audit?
No. It does not guarantee an audit outcome. We provide organisation, visibility and an independent expert review. Your result depends on your practices and the auditor.
Which standards does the gap assessment cover?
Class 2 food safety programs, HACCP, SQF and BRCGS. Tell us your standard on the call and we confirm the reviewer covers it before you commit.
How much of my time does it take?
One nominated contact for about 3–4 hours in total across the 10 business days, plus 15 minutes each with the 2–3 staff who complete your logs.
What if the gap assessment isn’t useful?
Tell us within 7 days of the gap review meeting and we refund the Sprint fee.
What happens after the 3 months of Professional?
Nothing, unless you choose to continue. Ongoing access is optional at $149 a month per site + GST, with no lock-in and no automatic renewal without your confirmation. Your records stay yours, and you can export everything at any time.
Our audit is in less than three weeks. Is that enough time?
The Sprint takes 10 business days, so it can work, but tell us your audit date on the call. If the timing is too tight to do properly, we’ll say so.
Do we need to use EthicalHub already?
No. We set up EthicalHub for you during the Sprint, using your existing records and log forms.
