Jilungin Tea has been used for thousands of years by Indigenous Australians as a sleeping aid both for adults and overactive children. Very high in anti-oxidants, even moreso than Green Tea. We are one of the first to offer tea grade cut Jilungin.

Milled Jilungin, for infusion purposes, contains higher values than Jilungin whole leaf i.e. milling Jilungin leaves increases the surface area and facilitates the extraction of phenolic compounds into boiled water as compared to whole leaves.

Studies are currently ongoing with this herb to help determine what provides its potent sleeping effects.

Brewing

1. Infuse ½ teaspoon of Jilungin in 250 mls of boiled filtered water for 5-6 minutes.
2. Let it steep and strain afterwards.
