How To Make Plantain Tea
1/4–1/2 teaspoon (1–3 grams) of the dried or fresh leaves in a cup of hot water steeped for 5 minutes. The recommended daily dosage is three cups per day.

Shipping Policy
Shipping times do vary, but on average with the $5.95 Sendle option we see anywhere from 1-2 days if within Sydney and 1-3 days to VIC, SA and sometimes QLD. To WA, TAS and NT longer shipping times are to be expected.
With Australia Post, we see similar shipping times for the most part but more 'stable' and with less surprises. Dispatch times with us (how long it takes for us to send your tea) are good, with most orders shipping same day or the next at the latest.
