A little goes a long way with these mighty concentrated stocks. One small 250g jar makes 10L of rich, gluten-free liquid stock, which is incredible value for money compared with the cost of bulky, non-recyclable tetra pak or plastic pouch options. Then once opened, the jars can be stored in the fridge for up to 12 months. No more wasting opened cartons that spoil within days.
How to use
Add 1 scant tspn to 250ml water and adjust to taste. Too easy! Refrigerate after opening for up to one year.
