Brewing
Definitely recommend placing within a large glass cup, or a glass teapot. Place a ball within the center, and reposition to center again once boiling hot water has been placed on top if it moves. Normally best to fill the large cup or teapot until quite full as some balls can grow fairly high!

Shipping Policy
Shipping times do vary, but on average with the $5.95 Sendle option we see anywhere from 1-2 days if within Sydney and 1-3 days to VIC, SA and sometimes QLD. To WA, TAS and NT longer shipping times are to be expected.
With Australia Post, we see similar shipping times for the most part but more 'stable' and with less surprises. Dispatch times with us (how long it takes for us to send your tea) are good, with most orders shipping same day or the next at the latest.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
If there is a problem with the product such as packaging damage or along these lines we will normally cover return shipping costs.
