Barista Espresso Recipe
- Roast: Espresso
- Grind dosage: 21.5 grams into a 20 gram basket
- Run time: 20 seconds
- Shot quantity: 30 grams/ml
- Head Temperature: 93 degrees
Barista Ristretto Short/Long Black Recipe
- Roast: Espresso
- Grind dosage: 20 – 20.5 grams into an 18 gram basket
- Run time: 15 seconds
- Shot quantity: 25 grams/ml
- Head Temperature: 93 degrees
- Notes: Over pack the 18 gram basket and use a single spout handle. When making a Long Black, pour hot water into the cup first, then when running the shot, have the shot flow down the inside of the cup then onto the water surface, this will help preserve the crema for a wonderful visual and lets the aroma of the coffee enhance the first sip.

- Roast: Filter
- Grind dose: 15 grams
- Water: 250 grams/ml
- Brew Time: 4 minutes
- Ideal Water Temperature: 92 – 96 degrees
