Crafting the Perfect Chai
- Bring water to a boil and add a teaspoon of the Authentic Chai Blend.
- Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes, letting the spices release their essence.
- Add milk, according to preference, and let the brew simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
Brewing method 2
- ½ mug boiling water per person to pot, about 140ml.
- 15g of chai per person.
- Low simmer for 5 mins or so, boiling too fast is said to spoil taste.
- Normally 140 ml milk is used and added.
- Increase heat until can see steam.
- Strain and add honey for taste.
