How It Works
STEP 1
Prepare and Gather Information
Understand Ethical Criteria: Familiarise yourself with the platform’s ethical standards and requirements for vendors.
Compile Necessary Documents: Prepare all relevant documents and information, including business registration, certifications (e.g., Fair Trade, Organic), detailed descriptions of your sourcing and labor practices, and any other proofs of your ethical commitments.

Submit Application and Undergo Verification
Complete the Online Application: Through the EthicalHub website, fill out the application form with your business details and upload the necessary documentation to demonstrate your ethical practices.
Verification: Our verification process includes detailed examination of your adherence to ethical standards, commitment to ethical practices, and how you are align with the platform’s values.
STEP 3
Launch and Engage
Onboarding and Store Setup: Once approved, follow the onboarding instructions to set up your online storefront, list your products with comprehensive descriptions and images, and finalise any terms and conditions.
Market Your Store: Leverage the platform’s marketing tools and community to promote your store, engage with customers, and actively participate in the ethical marketplace community to grow your presence.

We aim to launch EthicalHub by the early 2024. Until then, interested vendors can express their interest by filling out the Expression of Interest form. Approved vendors will receive communication regarding the next steps for setting up their vendor accounts and listing their products on the platform.
